Information you give us. When you submit a contact or demo-request form, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, organization, role, and your message. Providing this information is voluntary, but we cannot respond to your request without it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, debugging, and basic aggregate traffic measurement.

Cookies. The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics scripts. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the Site to function.

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our business relationship. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course of operations.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@bar-down.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including the right to object to certain processing; we will honor such requests as required.

The Site is intended for resort operators, insurers, and industry partners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Bar-Down is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Site you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data-protection laws than your own.

The Site may link to other websites, including industry associations and event pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
